Enhance your Android Phone`s Display w/ Bravia Engine

                         Hello techies! I`m here again to share a review/comparison for our beloved android phones again! So today I`ll be sharing the Bravia Engine 3, a Display enhancer for android phones.If you`re clueless w/ what`s a Bravia Engine, here`s a short background to give you an idea. 


                       "The Sony Mobile BRAVIA Engine 3 is a video enhancement program for Sony phones. It uses filters and algorithms to create a clearer and more contrasted picture and an overall smoother experience. This is perfect for the Note II's huge HD screen but can be a little to saturated for people like photographers who want to see how the photo looks exactly with out any enhancements. The change is not huge but is definitely noticeable if two devices are compared. This program is very light weight and works with all models of the Note II so far. "

                          I believe that a Display Enhancer will be proved if it really works by comparing 2 photos captured w/ the same Lighting ,Focusing and Camera. So here it is!
The first photo is the "Usual" phone display and the second one is "Tweaked" with Bravia Engine 3.

NOTE: My phone is equipped w/ a Matte Skin protector that makes HD phones looks normal,  you`ll see a better screen display if the protector was removed.

If you`re going to compare the two photos, the display tweaked w/ Bravia Engine 3 is sharper and brighter than the usual display. However,  Bravia Engine 3 might not be a "Photographer`s Bestfriend" because it changes the way you view the photos therefore, you`ll not see the actual photo taken.

It`s easy to use the Bravia Engine 3! Simply follow the instructions listed below

-Download the Zip in the link 
-Place the Downloaded zip in your SD Card 
-Boot into CWM/TWRP Recovery
-Back up [I highly suggest! You can skip this part too]
-Install the zip in your SD Card, if successful , proceed to the next step
-Reboot
-Done


How will I know if Bravia Engine 3 is already activated?

-Download a Build.prop editor on Google Play Store
-If you see these lines then you`re done, but if you don`t have it, simply paste it in your build.prop :)
  ro.service.swiqi.supported=true
  persist.service.swiqi.enable=1



One good idea too is by comparing your phone to another [same] device and I believe that you`ll notice the difference. In my case, I`m enjoying the Display enhancement brought by the Bravia Engine 3!

    I am not using sd card in my phone because i have 16gb of internal memory in my phone can i directly install the zip into my phone.

      Yes you can directly install it in your phone`s built in/default directory. Just proceed to your phone`s internal memory during the process of picking in CWM recovery

      make sure to create a backup first.

      You can restore your backup if you dont like the change
